Please click on calendar above to schedule the appointment type and length stated at the top of this page (appointment will extend an extra 15 minutes to provide a buffer on our end.) After you make your appointment, you will see a big box titled CONFIRMATION with the heading Your Appointment Has Been Confirmed! At the bottom of the box are some colorful icons, and below that you will see a check box.

How do I reschedule or cancel?
Sign in to your TimeTrade account to view and reschedule your appointments. All appointments made on the system have to be rescheduled in your TimeTrade account for us to receive notice of the change. If you did not set up an account when you made your first appointment through TimeTrade, you will be given the opportunity to set up an account when you schedule a new appointment. When you have a TimeTrade account, you will have access to both appointments and can cancel or reschedule them as desired.
What length appointments are available for subsequent appointments? In person and video appointments can range from 60 to 120 minutes, and telephone appointments from 10 to 120 minutes. Choose the maximum amount of time that you estimate that you will need as you will be billed only for the time we use on a pro-rated basis. Please note that work on written documents such as resumes and letters tends to take longer than expected.
What if I have an urgent or quick question during the coaching process? Schedule a 20 or 10 minute call using the links below (please do not just send an email with your question or document for us to review - the time must be scheduled as well.)
